Finn couldn't remember the last time he was resting this well. So when an intrusion decided to present itself, he scrunched his face and tried to shift away from the hand on his shoulder. He felt sore and exhausted and had a strong preference for going back to sleep.

... On this... hard, cold floor... while naked- What?

His eyes opened with a grumble, taking in the situation as much as his groggy mind could, the memory of all that swimming up to the surface. Oh- Oh wow. That... could not have just happened. But Poe was naked beside him and there were certain spots decidedly more sore than others.

"Are you okay?" he asked, trying to lean up a little too fast and take everything else in. Poe looked fine, check. The vines were gone, check. Most of their clothes were in sight, check. Now, where was the hole that was supposed to swallow him into the ground at just this moment?

Where did he even begin with the apologies? Should he apologize? Was that the vines or Poe? The vines, right? What about himself? He was certainly more... upfront about his feelings, but they were still his. But- No. He tried to push it down for the moment to make sure Poe was all right before anything else.
