The motion worked - but unfortunately Poe had managed to latch on to her arm in the interim, using the force of the flip to pull the stranger right down to the grown with him.

"Pretty sure that's my question, Pal," Poe snarled, barely blinking from the jolt of force from hitting the floor, and wrapping her (rather impressive) legs around the other woman to pull tight.
