Something had been wrong with Poe for awhile. Crait had been hard on everyone, of course. After the stunt they pulled, he wouldn't have been shocked if Poe harbored anger and guilt from it. He would have liked to have thought it was that and not the alternative, which was that Poe had just always been this way. After all, how well did Finn really know him?

When he heard that Poe chose him for this mission, he'd been grateful and almost touched. Perhaps he could talk to him on this trip. Maybe getting away from the rest of the Resistance would do Poe some good, anyway. Whatever the problem was, he hoped this mission could help.

The silence for the start of the trip was killing him but he didn't dare interrupt. Poe seemed angry again. Not only did he not want to poke him right now but he also wanted Poe to come to him. At least until it seemed like he wouldn't.

When he finally spoke up, though, Finn was at a loss for words. Rose? What did this have to do with him and Rose?

"I-" He stays frozen to the spot for a second, confused until he finally just decides to answer the question and roll with it. Too bad the answer was kind of complicated, so he shrugged. "I'm not sure. She kissed me and she's nice, but with everything going on, we haven't had a lot of time to talk, much less-" He just waves his hands, as if that symbolized some sort of relationship. "Why? What's wrong?"
