"Yes," he nodded, utterly sure of it. He and Poe could weather anything together.

His smile fell when he got none in return. It was there for entirely her benefit as he hardly felt anything like that right now. Worry still curled in his stomach, but he had to push through.

"I promised you a tour, I believe." He nodded towards the palace. "It'll take a moment for Poe to create your rooms. We could just sit in the banquet hall or I could try to show you around."
